About me
I am an executive, entrepeneur and advisor with over 32 years of experience across finance and real estate, combining financial-market depth with hands-on operational and entrepreneurial execution.
My career began with more than 15 years in equity research, investment banking and private equity/venture capital, where I built strong capabilities in financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis, before transitioning into real estate, where I’ve spent the past 17 years working across residential, land-based and corporate real-estate projects.
Over the course of my career, I have held senior leadership roles, including serving as interim CEO and CFO in turn-around real-estate projects, as well as founding, leading and successfully exiting my own real-estate advisory firm. I also worked as a portfolio manager for a logistics-focused REIT, overseeing strategy, asset performance and capital allocation. These experiences strengthened my ability to navigate operational restructuring, complex transactions and real-asset optimisation with both strategic and financial discipline.
I currently hold two part-time positions: CFO of Preservaland, a high-growth environmental startup operating primarily in Brazil, and Board Member of Shopping Vitória, where I support strategic, financial and governance decisions at one of Espírito Santo’s landmark retail assets. I am also involved in real-estate initiatives across Brazil, Portugal and Switzerland, advising on structuring, strategy and project development.
Throughout my career, I have built and led teams across multiple ventures and worked in environments ranging from multinationals and financial institutions to family-owned companies and startups. I am bilingual in Portuguese and English, with working knowledge of Spanish, French and Italian, and have lived and worked in several countries.
My background spans a wide range of industries—including oil & gas, telecom, auto parts, steel, energy, pulp & paper, petrochemicals, capital goods, chemicals and technology—giving me a broad, cross-sector perspective on strategy, finance and business structuring.
